An Integrated Quality Ecosystem: ENSET Equipment Supply and Service for EAEU Enterprises

Today, modernising production facilities across the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) is requires integrated solutions that deliver immediate, measurable benefits: less downtime, longer equipment service life and consistent product quality.

When modernising their facilities, EAEU companies often face the same challenges: lengthy equipment selection processes, uncertainty over verification and certification requirements in different countries, and the risk of downtime due to a lack of spare parts and servicing. ENSET addresses these challenges comprehensively. We do not simply supply balancing systems; we take responsibility for every stage, from adapting equipment to the requirements of the destination country through to post-warranty support. A clear example is the successful commissioning this week of a DBR CARDAN-300 balancing system at one of Belarus's leading manufacturers, which produces more than 15,000 drive shafts a year. The equipment supply is complemented by a comprehensive service package, clear and transparent warranty commitments, and personnel training in machine operation.

For more than 10 years, ENSET has been supplying balancing equipment for rotors and drive shafts to EAEU countries, becoming a trusted partner to dozens of companies in the energy, mechanical engineering, transport and mining sectors through import substitution programmes and joint projects. Over the past year alone, the share of ENSET balancing system exports to EAEU countries has risen by 16%, with 12 projects completed. In Belarus, for example, ENSET balancing machines from the BALTRON, PICASSO, DBR and VERTICAL series are operating at facilities in Minsk, Mogilev, Grodno, Gomel and Bobruisk; in Kazakhstan, they are in Astana, Karaganda, Atyrau and Aktobe.

Supplying balancing equipment to EAEU countries is not simply a matter of replacing old machines with new ones; it is a transition to more predictable and cost-effective production. ENSET's experience shows that integrated solutions deliver the greatest benefits: high-precision equipment combined with service support, personnel training and a clear assessment of the project's economic benefits.

What ENSET balancing equipment delivers:

  • High measurement accuracy and repeatability. ENSET balancing machines deliver balancing accuracy in line with their stated technical specifications, verified in accordance with applicable standards, even when handling heavy parts (up to 135 tonnes) and long workpieces (up to 16 metres). This is critical when balancing rotors and shafts.

  • Automated integrated systems with unbalance correction. Unlike measurement-only test rigs, ENSET automated balancing systems can both detect and correct unbalance, shortening the work cycle and reducing demands on operator skill.

  • Proprietary VIBROLAB-5 measuring and control system with a three-year verification interval. The system's algorithms are also optimised for low-frequency balancing of rigid, quasi-rigid, quasi-flexible and flexible rotors, broadening the range of applications.

  • Ease of operation and training. The intuitive interface and operating procedures are designed for real production conditions: busy workshops, shift-based personnel and limited floor space.

  • Technical support and post-warranty servicing. Technical support during machine operation (online and by telephone), spare parts held in stock and ENSET's dedicated field service teams help minimise downtime in the event of breakdowns, directly benefiting production profitability.

How we work with EAEU customers:

  1. Enquiry and technical consultation. You describe your requirements: the types of parts, production volumes, accuracy requirements and workshop conditions. Rather than limiting our recommendations to standard catalogue configurations, we select a suitable solution for your actual operating conditions. At the same time, we agree payment terms that work for you.
Your risk: unsuitable equipment and inconvenient payment terms → Our responsibility: equipment selection in accordance with your technical specification and transparent terms.
  2. Logistics planning. Taking into account the equipment's dimensions and weight, we propose delivery options, estimate delivery times and costs, and consider the requirements for transporting high-precision equipment.
Your risk: missed deadlines and damage in transit → Our responsibility: selecting a reliable route and monitoring delivery.
  3. Customs formalities. We provide the necessary documentation for the shipment, prepare all required shipping documents and ensure compliance with the requirements applicable to trade between EAEU member states.
Your risk: customs delays, fines and additional costs → Our responsibility: a complete set of documents and monitoring the border crossing.
  4. Certification and authorisation for operation. We provide documents confirming compliance with applicable EAEU technical regulations and help meet national metrological requirements in the country of operation where necessary.
Your risk: being unable to use the equipment legally → Our responsibility: the necessary authorisations and regulatory compliance.
  5. Commissioning and training. Our engineers visit your site, commission the equipment, check its metrological characteristics and conduct test runs. They then train your personnel and issue a training certificate.
Your risk: lengthy commissioning, operator errors and defective output → Our responsibility: prompt commissioning and properly trained personnel.
  6. Warranty support. During the warranty period, we respond promptly to any queries, either remotely or by arranging an on-site visit by our specialists.
Your risk: equipment downtime and lost revenue → Our responsibility: restoring the equipment to working order within the timeframes specified in the contract.

We understand that transparency and predictability are especially important when customers in one EAEU member state purchase Russian-made equipment: delivery times, warranty terms, spare parts availability and the ability to arrange prompt visits by service engineers. ENSET specifies these terms in the contract, maintains an inventory of spare parts and provides technical support during working hours, as well as prompt servicing in accordance with the contract. This reduces risks for customers and makes working with us as straightforward as possible.
