ENSET is a Russian developer and manufacturer of balancing machines and specialized equipment. The enterprise was founded over 15 years ago on the basis of the Don State Technical University in Rostov-on-Don.
All intellectual property for the manufactured and marketed products belongs entirely to the company. The ENSET team includes over 20 R&D specialists, including researchers, design engineers, programmers, electronics engineers, process engineers, and technical writers. In total, the company employs more than 70 people.
In 2025, ENSET successfully passed the quality management system certification process, confirming its compliance with international and Russian standards (GOST R ISO 9001-2015 / ISO 9001:2015), and received its official certificate.
Repair and manufacture to order of cardan shafts for vehicles, special machinery and industrial equipment, is the direction of activity that Enset is developing independently and jointly with partners in the format of a network of driveshaft service stations (brand «SKV»; «Cardan shaft services» franchise). We invite regional companies to participate in this project.
The ENSET balancing equipment line features a series of horizontal, vertical, and cantilever (overhung) balancing machines designed for a wide variety of rotor sizes and shapes. The machines can be supplied in both hard-bearing and soft-bearing designs.
Our high-precision balancing machines are successfully utilized in production and repair shops, laboratories across the aerospace, machine tool and tooling, power generation, nuclear, pulp and paper, printing, agricultural machinery, oil and gas, shipbuilding, mining, transport, chemical, and metallurgical industries, as well as in research and educational institutions.
In addition to our serial machine models, we also engineer custom solutions tailored to specific client objectives.
All ENSET balancing machines are equipped with our proprietary VIBROLAB measurement and control system, which sets the industry benchmark for accuracy and speed in unbalance measurement.
Advanced algorithms are integrated into VIBROLAB to ensure precise low-frequency balancing of rigid, quasi-rigid, quasi-flexible, and flexible rotors.
ENSET is developing and manufacturing a comprehensive range of unique equipment and tooling for the production and repair of cardan shafts of any size and purpose — including automotive, industrial, agricultural, and special-purpose applications.
We offer a variety of manual and hydraulic presses for assembling and disassembling universal joints (U-joints), pressing shaft components into tubes, and removing or installing center support bearings. We also mass-produce specialized tooling and equipment for staking U-joints on our presses.
Welding is an integral part of cardan shaft manufacturing. To facilitate circular seam welding, we have developed both dedicated welding stands and specialized welding options that integrate seamlessly with our balancing machines.
The final operation in cardan shaft manufacturing is balancing. ENSET offers specialized balancing machines for cardan shafts of any length, comprising from 1 to 4 sections. These balancing machines are equipped with a specialized tooling system designed to mount shafts of any standard onto the machine spindles.
During our work we have equipped more than 350 cardan repair shops in Russia, CIS and the European Union countries, supplied and upgraded balancing equipment to dozens of large industrial enterprises. We value the trust of our partners and do our best to justify it
