Vibration measuring and balancing system VIBROLAB was successfully tested at the Kazakhstan Institute of Standardization and Metrology of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, received a corresponding certificate and was registered in the State System for Ensuring Uniform Measurement in Republic of Kazakhstan under No. KZ.02.03.024268-2025/84333-22 dated 16.01.2025.
This means that the VIBROLAB system, integrated in every high-precision ENSET balancing machine, is officially recognized as a reliable measuring tool and is allowed to handle initial and periodic verification in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
VIBROLAB vibration measuring and balancing system is developed and manufactured by ENSET. — A set of software and hardware tools for correcting unbalance, including drilling, milling, grinding, indexing and distributing correction weights.
— Multi-plane balancing modes for rigid and flexible rotors.
— Ability to automatically rotate the rotor with an accuracy of 0.1 º and hold the rotor in the unbalance correction position.
— Digital and analog control of multiple frequency inverters and servo drivers/amplifiers.
— Rotor database and complete history of each balancing run.
— Automated balancing report that could be printed, sent over network or saved on the removable media.
— Built-in self-test system for vibration sensors, measuring electronics, drives and motors.
