Automatic girth welding function

Advantages

The option allows for the assembly of cardan and other shaft parts using ring welds directly on the cardan shaft balancing machine.
The option includes an inverter welding power source for robotic welding with an interface for external control and a maximum welding current of 340 A.
The kit also includes a separate wire feed module, a transport trolley, a welding torch and a bracket for installing it on the balancing machine.
The option includes a hand-held remote control with a display for intelligent control of all welding process parameters, including shaft rotation speed, welding start and stop moment, voltage and welding current, and wire feed speed.
The welding process is as automated as possible - just enter the shaft diameter and pipe wall thickness into the remote control to make an ideal weld.
In addition, the option allows you to make tack welds before welding in manual and automatic modes.
